I’m Philip Blumberg, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the American Ventures group of companies, including Blumberg Capital Partners and American Ventures Realty Investors, an institutional real estate investment organization ranked among the top real estate investment managers in the United States. We’re headquartered in Coral Gables, Florida, from where we oversee investments throughout the United States and are known for securing some of the strongest returns in the country.
I have created this blog to discuss topics which affect business strategy including investment funds, equity funds, mezzanine debt funds and other vehicles.
