Philip Blumberg Partners with CIEL's Climate Change Program

I'm happy to announce our company's partnership with the Center for International Environmental Law (CIEL).  We will be working together on their Climate Change Program.

Here is an excerpt from the announcement:

It's increasingly clear that environmental impact is a bottom line issue as well as a social one. The Center for International Environmental Law has an enviable record of working to use institutional and legislative change to advance the environmental agenda in a way that promotes all three pillars of sustainable development -- economic, social and environmental -- and we're pleased to be an institutional supporter," said Philip Blumberg.

Blumberg Capital Partners' Three Riverway Earns Energy Star Rating

TexasOur Three Riverway Office Tower in Houston, Tx was awarded the ENERGY STAR designation Tuesday September 4 for its commitment to energy efficient buildings. I'm delighted we've earned this prestigious rating. It's a mark of superior energy performance -- that's good for the bottom line -- and identifies Three Riverway as one the most efficient buildings in the nation (which, by preventing the release of greenhouse gases, helps protect the environment).
