The real estate business is going through some significant adjustments, which I know are of interest to many. Today we announced some Web initiatives that'll increase our ability to participate in and amplify the online real estate dialog. In addition to our new Blumberg Capital Partners Office Fund website, we launched our first Blumberg Five Podcast and the Philip Blumberg YouTube Channel. The aim is to use Web technologies to help bring together the many points of view that make up the real estate world.
